We want to always ensure that you are truly happy with the items you order, that's why we've simplified the return and exchange process!
- Items can be returned within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, your items won't be eligible for return.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Once your return request has been submitted, please allow up to 5 business days for your return request to be updated.
- Return instructions will be provided by our support team via email once your return request has been approved.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once our warehouse receives it.
- If your exchange can't be completed due to inventory levels, you will be automatically refunded to the original payment method used to place the order or store credit.
- The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
- International returns can only be refunded (no exchanges).
- All items marked as final sale or sale items marked 30% off or more are ineligible for returns/exchanges. (This includes refunds/store credit)
- The shipping fee for denied returns are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange if any of the following apply:
- Items that aren't in the original packaging.
- Items that don't have the original tags attached.
- Items that smell of smoke, cologne, or detergent.
- Items that have excessive wrinkling, stains, or deodorant marks also won't be accepted.
- Detached care/size labels.
- Items that are damaged.
- Visible wear.

REFUNDS - HANDLING FEE
Returns for a refund will be subject to a $8 handling fee for your return label (Canada & US Only). Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we would be more than happy to offer you a full refund or replace the item! To submit a return request for a defective item, please visit our return portal. Items marked as defective must have a picture of the faulty item including the defect, Uncertn logo and Uncertn tag when submitting the return request to be approved. We are not responsible for defects caused by excessive wear, incorrect washing/care and/or external forces. All claims for defective items must be made within 30-days of delivery.
If your return or exchange was approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to the original payment method that was used to place the order within 3-5 business days after we have received your returned items. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If your refund is via store credit, you will receive a gift card code for the total refund amount. *It's the sole customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping/billing information when ordering. Items won't be replaced or refunded if sent to an incorrect shipping address. We are not responsible for lost/stolen items while in transit. It's the customer's responsibility for shipping fee adjustments if using a different mailer bag (not the original Uncertn Mailer Bag) when returning/exchanging an order. Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method. It's the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the payment information provided is correct and active. Uncertn is not responsible for damages caused by external forces and/or transport.
